All submissions, including Regular papers, Short papers, and other have to be made through the Easy chair Conference papers submission system. Those who do not have an Easy chair account will need to create one. Use following link to submit your papers.

Academy Publishers, Finland will be publishing the special journals (both print and CD media) for the IJJCE 2009. All the accepted papers will be available in their Digital Library resources forever, which will be indexed in the major academic databases, including IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI (ISTP), and other indexing services and will be published in the International Journal of Recent Trends in Engineering[ISSN 1797-9617, ISBN 978-952-5726-04-6 (Print); ISBN 978-952-5726-05-3 (CD-ROM)].

All Authors have to sign Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, which is in editable PDF format.

General Guidelines

The file name of your contribution/paper should be in a specific manner, so that your submissions will be reflected in the respective track.

Research Papers Category Code
     Research Paper (Code: RP)
     Short Paper (Code: SP)
     Poster Paper (Code: PP)
     Information Paper (Code: IP)

Paper shall be named in the order of

Conference Code_ Research Papers Category Code_Paper Name

For example, if a scholar XYZ submitting a short paper (file) named ABC.pdf in Computer Science track, then it should be named as “CS_SP_ABC.pdf

All papers must conform to standard Academy Publisher's double-column format and must be submitted as ‘pdf’ file format not exceeding 10 pages including text, figures, tables and references. All accepted papers will be archived in Academic Publisher, Finland Digital Online Resources.

NOTE: Whenever you submit a paper to IJJCE, you must adhere to these General Guidelines. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column Academy Publisher's common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.
